TURN AROUND TIME (tat) 

Local TAT:  Local orders are generally done in 7-10 business days + packaging and shipping given there are no issues with back orders or shipping. 

most orders will be done prior to the posted tat time. The only thing I cannot control is suppliers inventory and shipping, so your patience is much appreciated! 


No refunds or returns or exchanges : 

Please note that all garments are custom-made to order, therefore we do not offer refunds or exchanges. It is very imperative that you read the description as well as maybe check the size chart, we are not responsible for the size and fit of your choice.  If there is a problem with your order please contact us within 24-48 hours and we will see how we can resolve it. This includes discrepancies and damages.
we will NOT replace or exchange any item after 48 hrs of delivery or pick up. 
Cups/tumblers :
Most of the cups and tumblers will be made with adhesive permanent vinyl which the longevity is really good. Cups and tumblers that are sublimated also the longevity is really good. Cups and tumblers that are made with an epoxy coating can ABSOLUTELY NOT GO IN THE DISHWASHER NOR BE SOAKED IN WATER. We are not responsible for any damages caused by a miss use of washing instructions. We have put our products through many many tests to ensure the quality and the longevity of them.
*All tumblers should be hand washed and not put in the dishwasher*
Epoxy tumblers can crack if dropped. We are not responsible for damages occurred after you have received them. 
If your item comes damaged we would need to know no later than 24 hours from the time you have received your item and we would also need a picture. At that time we will decide what we can do to assist you in getting you a better product. We are not responsible for damages caused by shipping. 
Washing Instructions:
- Hand wash gently 
- DO NOT SOAK IN WATER 
- Air dry 
- DO NOT PUT IN DISHWASHER 
- PLEASE be careful when using your your new cups! 
Shipping; 
We are not responsible for any shipping delays or damaged packages. Rest a sure we do our best to package our Garments and items appropriately. We cannot control the shipping. Please be sure you are providing correct information for shipping.
If you feel there is a problem with your order please contact us and we will do everything we can to help you. 
Tshirts / Hoodies production process: 
T-shirts and hoodies listed in the bleached or tie-dye sections are also custom made to order no two garments will look identical because of the bleaching and tie-dye process therefore you may not get an identical bleached or tie-dye garment as pictured but it will be close. 
Wash instructions: 
- Machine wash gentle or hand wash on cold inside out preferred 
- DO NOT BLEACH 
- Dry: air fluff dry or on low heat/ hang dry preferred. 
- Iron : if you need to iron please cover with a towel on low heat, minimize the length of time the iron is on the garment. 
- DO NOT DRY CLEAN
- Enjoy sporting your new garment ! 
Please note that we do not offer refunds or returns based on images faded or shirts damaged after you have washed them. We provide wash instructions for the longevity of the garment. 
All of our images and garments have been put through many tests and about 30 washes to ensure longevity and quality. We cannot be responsible for how you are washing your garments.
